"Round Lake's own Emilie Marchand and her husband,
guitarist Mike Bagesse, have teamed up once again to
write haunting songs of love and leaving.
This side step from their band "The Fashionistas,"
is a more intimate journey into the music of America's
roots coupled with a modern edge. These two musicians
have shared the stage with the likes of Liz Phair,
Howe Gelb and Neko Case.

Joining them for this amazing evening is
Tom Walbank and the Ambassadors, self-proclaimed
'flagbearers for real blues' - "Walbank has an amazing feel
for the Blues, which he plays raw and howling, with heart."

legends on the rails, including the

sometimes i think trains are what
i love in music: myths, hobos, whistles,
claps, clanks, mysterious artwork,
and transportation.

i read about this movie but i
figured i'd never get to see it.
i'm glad i was soo wrong.
